Creating your business account
Sign up, confirm your email, and log in to an empty dashboard that is ready for your first program. About five minutes.

Signing up takes about five minutes. Go to /signup, switch the toggle to I run a business, fill in three fields, confirm your email, and log in. Your business is created for you along the way, so there is no separate "create a business" step to find.
At /signup there is a toggle with two choices: I run a business and I'm a customer. Pick I run a business. The customer side is what your own customers use to hold their cards; choose it by mistake and you end up with a card wallet at /me instead of a dashboard.
Then three fields:
- Your name — your own name, not your shop's. It greets you, and it is also used to name your business, which matters more than it sounds. See below.
- Email — this becomes your login and it is where the confirmation message goes. Use an address you will still have in two years, not a shared staff inbox that changes hands.
- Password — at least 8 characters.
That is the whole form. Submit it and a business is created automatically, named after you. Sign up as Sofía Ramírez and your business is created as Sofía Ramírez's Business.
Confirm your email, then log in
Check your inbox and confirm your address. Until you do, you cannot log in. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check spam before you try again — mail from a sender your provider has never seen is a classic false positive.
Once you are confirmed, log in at /login. That email and password are your way in from now on.
What you land on
The dashboard at /business. The left nav has exactly three items, and that really is the whole product:
- Overview — seven stat tiles and two charts
- Programs — the programs you run, and the builder for new ones
- Customers — everyone who has joined, and what they are holding
On day one Overview is honest about being empty: Members 0, Active (30d) 0, Points issued 0, Points redeemed 0, Outstanding liability 0, Redemptions 0, Programs 0. Nothing is broken. Those tiles start moving the moment you build a program and someone joins it.
Your business name and branding
The name generated from yours is the name customers see on your join page, so most owners want it changed to the shop's actual name. There is no business profile screen to change it in yet. You ask us, and we rename it.
The same goes for a logo and colours: there is no branding editor in this version. We would rather tell you that here than have you spend twenty minutes hunting for a settings page that does not exist.
Currency is not an account setting. Earn rate lives on the program and is expressed as units earned per 1 unit of the currency you take, so a business running two programs can price them differently. You will set it when you build your first program.

Set up your first program, or work through your first 30 minutes if you would rather follow a checklist end to end.
